Welcome to the By/For Validate™ Utility online Installation & User Guide (version 3, February 22, 2017). The purpose of this Guide is to provide installation and operating instructions for the By/For Validate! utility, which is also a service of PostalWeb®. The By/For Validate! utility is primarily intended for commingled mailers who prepare mail with MLOCRs, but can be useful for other mailers, as well.
