Get help from Customer Support
This is the place to begin when you need help with your software. You can submit a question or a request for support to our Support staff or search through our Knowledge Base for quick answers in our online Support Center. The Support Center may also be accessed from the Help menu of your software
Once you have submitted a question, you will be placed in the queue for the next available Support Representative, who will contact you promptly with an answer or instructions on how to proceed. If the nature of your support request is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to expedite help to you.
